"Join me for this fun challenge. I'm challenging everyone to 30 minutes of physical activity a day for 30 days. This is for fun and to help to push us to move each and every day. Make it fun! Any physical activity counts. Play outside with your kids or your dog, jump rope, dance... do whatever you enjoy. All you have to do is 30 minutes per day."This inspired me but I'm taking it one step further.
I'm challenging all of you to take the 30 for 30 challenge with your homeschool children. If you need to get started with a physical education program or just spend some extra time together in active play, this is a great time to begin the new habit!
As Charity stated, any activity counts. You can go for a walk, play on Just Dance, play frisbee with your dog. Whatever gets the family up and moving. The challenge is from January 21 - February 19, 2013.
